Meeting took place on 16th of June, 2010 at Oru Hotel’s conference room in Tallinn. General meeting reviewed and confirmed ETC’s 2009 financial report. With the changes in legislation the general meeting decided to accept the changes of ETC’s statutes. One of the changes was that new directing body is council instead of the board. 12 members were chosen to the council: Toomas Agasild from Viking Window AS, Andres Allikmäe from AS Harju Elekter, Jüri Külvik from AS Lemeks, David O’Brock from AS Silmet, Ülo pärtel from OÜ Kliko, Aleks Rulkov from Vertex Estonia AS, Mall Slet from OÜ Valent, Agu Sorainen from Sorainen AB, Meelis Ambla from Kredex Krediidikindlustuse AS, Andres Tamm from AS ELKE International, Tiit Tammemägi from EMI-EWT Ida Lääne Koolituse AS and Rein Viilu from Revala OÜ. With the upcoming use of EURO the general meeting decided to set the membership fees in EUROs, accordingly 200.-, 400.- or 800.- EUR per year starting 1st of January, 2011. General meeting also hosted a guest Timo Vuori, CEO of ICC Finland. He made a presentation to introduce the activities of ICC Finland. Estonia is one of the three European Union member states, where the ICC national committee is not established. ICC or International Chamber of Commerce (also known as World Business Organization) is a worldwide institution, which operates with trade organization and regulations. ICC’s headquarters are located in Paris. Estonian Trade Council thanks all the participants.
